What we collect on this website
When you join the waitlist: your email, your first name (optional), your language, and — if you used the free check — your passport country and the result (visa, eTA, none or other permit). We also keep a record of the consent you gave and when. We do not collect passports or other documents on this website.
Why we use it
To tell you when EezyVisa opens, send product updates you agreed to receive, and understand, in aggregate, which countries and languages to prioritise.
Your consent and unsubscribing
We only email you with your express consent, as required by Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also write to us at any time to withdraw consent.
Where it is stored and who can see it
Your data is stored with our database provider (Supabase) on servers in Canada, and the website is hosted by Vercel. We use trusted service providers only to run EezyVisa, and we never sell or rent your personal information.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and at most 24 months after the launch if you never use the app.
Your rights
Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) you can ask to access, correct or delete your information. Write to privacy@eezyvisa.com and we will reply within 30 days.
Cookies
We only use a small cookie to remember your language and your light or dark mode choice. We do not use advertising cookies on this website.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top and, for important changes, tell you by email.
